The language at the bottom is Welsh and reads “I am not in the office at the moment. Please send any work to be translated.” This apparently happened as someone emailed a welsh person for translation and the return back was not the solution but an auto message.

They say about Wales that “Wales, where the men are men and the sheep are nervous…!†I remember all of our camping trips to Wales and it rained every bleeding time. Welsh (miners) hated English and whenever we went to the pub around country-side they never spoke English and instead communicated in Welsh – prorably they hate Brits and everything to do with them more then I hate Punjabis!
